We assisted the Bank’s Temporary Administrator in the preparation, convening, and conduct of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. As a result of the meticulous preparation of the meeting materials, the shareholders approved a resolution to issue additional ordinary registered shares funded from the Bank’s retained earnings accumulated in previous years, and elected a new Board of Directors.

These actions enabled the Bank to comply with the requirements of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Following the successful placement of the additional shares and the increase of the Bank’s authorized capital, the temporary administration regime was lifted.
